WORMSHILL is a parish and small village, three miles N.E. of Rollingbourn; five south of Sittingbourne, and nine west from Maidstone. The population in 1851 was 209. The church is dedicated to St. Giles, and is a plain building. The living is a rectory, in the gift of Christ's Hospital; the Rev. Robert J. T. Dolling, M.A., is the incumbent. Beddington is one mile N.W.

POST-OFFICE. - Thomas Clements, Receiver. Letters received from Sittingbourne, which is also the nearest Money Order Office.
