The Cutlers Arms existed from at least 1805. At 3 & 4 Cutler Street in 1861; at 6 Cutler Street E1 by 1944. This pub survived until at least 1958. **

Photographed from Exchange Buildings on 17.12.1910, the pub is on the right hand corner, jutting out into the street. This photo was taken the morning after the Houndsditch Murders when three policemen were killed in the street when they disturbed burglars.
